When considering engines for both SUVs, the Escalade and the Tahoe have similar options. Both offer 6.2L V8 engines and 3.0L diesel engines. The 6.2L engine delivers 420 horsepower, while the 3.0L diesel engine generates 277 horsepower for both SUVs.

The Escalade and Tahoe both have available Magnetic Ride Control, which reads the road 1,000 times per second and adjusts as needed. It can even apply the brakes if needed.
